Upcoming Changes

Online booking will be disabled as of July 1st while Monika is away on Maternal leave. Online booking will be open again November 1st for clients to access Monika's earliest availability for December and onward(3 months open at a time). If these dates should change for any reason, you will find Monika's updates here.

Monika's last day of work before taking leave will also be her last day working out of Carlington Movement and Massage on Carling Avenue. When Monika returns to work after her leave, she will be practicing at her new location in Orleans(1439 Youville Drive, Unit 3 on the second floor. Inside: Champs Athletics.
